District/School PD – No Classes

Parents/guardians are reminded of several up coming teacher PD days during which students will not have any classes.

Many families often plan family trips/appointments on these days so as to avoid taking their children out of school on days when students do have classes.

Did you know?  Absence from school results in poor student performance.

Missing School

Up Coming PD Days – no classes for students

  • October 19th and 20th for district PD sessions on various topics
  • October 30th school PD sessions on school development
  • November 24th school PD sessions on school development

Thanksgiving Holiday

Just a reminder that Monday, October 9th is our thanksgiving holiday, as a result there is no school on that day.  Tuesday will be day 4 on our schedule.

As well, we would like to thank all those who helped out with our vegetable hamper fundraiser either by selling or buying our hampers.

Also, a big thank you goes out to all who helped setup the fencing for our ball field.

Go Huskies!!!
